Mershelle is a Small business Liaison and Supplier Diversity Subject Matter expert. She oversees timely submission of government and commercial compliance reports. Mershelle provides RFP responses to increase organizational competitiveness. She also maintains annual training providing emphasis on the use and increased utilization of small, small disadvantaged, veteran, service-disabled veteran, Hub Zone and other small diverse categories. Mershelle frequently attends key outreach events in search of small and diverse businesses seeking to provide maximum practicable opportunities for small and diverse businesses.
