FD2060-25-30022 – Sources Sought – On-Site Depot Support (OSDS) for AFSOC C-130 Weapon Systems and Support Systems

The OSDS Program Management Office (PMO) is responsible for supporting requirements generated by AFLCMC/WIUA in direct support of AFSOC specialized C-130 weapons systems, subsystems and support systems. The OSDS CMT will perform modification, maintenance, fabrications, inspections and technical evaluations to improve fleet sustainment and aircraft availability. Efforts will include on-site Organizational, Intermediate/Field, and Depot/Sustainment level maintenance support at customer locations both in the continental United States (CONUS), and outside the continental United States (OCONUS). All weapon systems supported under this contract will be non-commercial and must have Government-owned technical data. These requirements will not include personal services or inherently governmental functions. The objectives and requirements identified within this PWS are described in both general terms and specific task order requirements, scheduling, task order options, and performance criteria. From 2009 to present, the OSDS contract labor contracts have all been awarded to small businesses and contracted through the Contract Field Team/Program Management Office at Tinker AFB. Based on previous contract schedules, notional award date for this effort is projected for on or about February 2025.
