The 319th Contracting Squadron, Grand Forks AFB, North Dakota, is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources to provide the following:

There is the need for maintaining the Energy Management and Control Systems to ensure maximum operability. This is a non-personal services requirement to upgrade, maintain, and repair the Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) database, the Computed Aided Regulation Engineering (CARE) database, the Enterprise Buildings Integrator (EBI) database, EVISION database, Comfortpoint-Open (CPO) database, and the software protection keys for EBI. The contractor shall provide the Operating System (OS) chips with new upgrades for the following: Excel Plus controllers, Excel 5000 controllers, and BNA devices. The contractor should be able to perform the upgrade with minimal downtime (ten workdays) to the EMCS EBI system, alongside coordination from the HVAC EMCS administrator and/or 319 CES/CEOIH managers and Information Technology Specialists 319 CES/CEIAI.
The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
