Requirement Description

This is a Request for Information (RFI) / Sources Sought Notice (SSN), NOT a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP). Responses to this request are NOT proposals and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Moreover, this is NOT a guarantee of a future RFP or an award. This document should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the Government. The Government will not reimburse Contractors for any cost associated with responding to this request.

This RFI will be utilized for market research purposes to assist with determining interest and capability of potential sources as well as gathering information for planning purposes. The 766th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron is seeking interested sources capable of providing all materials, equipment, tools, and labor as required to perform all work necessary to Retro-Commission Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems within the Pacific Command (PACOM) area of responsibility (AOR). The aforementioned services may provide support to multiple locations across the Pacific to include the following: Mainland Japan; Okinawa, Japan; Republic of Korea (ROK); Guam; Alaska; and Australia.
