NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 9, intends to issue a Firm Fixed Priced contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, on or about May 21, 2024 to Dilon Technologies, Inc. The period of performance will be for 10 calendar days after issuance of the notice to proceed. The contract is expected to be awarded in accordance with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items and specifically FAR 13.501 Special Documentation Requirements, where acquisitions conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures are exempt demonstrating their capabilities to satisfy the requirements listed above to Jonathan Headrick, Contract Specialist, by email at [email protected] NO LATER THAN 9:00AM Eastern on 5/20/2024. The capability documentation should include general information and technical background describing in detail the prospective contractor’s capabilities and experience that will demonstrate the ability to support these requirements. NCO 9 intends to non-competitively award this requirement to Dilon Technologies, Inc. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 339112 with the size standard of 1000 employees. All responses must be submitted to the Government point of contact at the email address shown below. A from the requirements of FAR Part 6, but still require a justification using the format of FAR 6.303 2. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been approved. This requirement is for a Navigator 2.0 Control unit, and mapping probe system to be used at the TVHS VAMC. The contractor will provide this product to the Tennessee Valley Healthcare Service at the Nashville VA Medical Center (VAMC) at 1310 24th Ave. South, Nashville, TN 37212.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement within two calendar days after publication of this notice. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses will be considered. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this notice of intent, the Government shall determine if a solicitation will be issued. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Interested parties are encouraged to furnish information by email only with RESPONSE TO INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NAVIGATOR 2.0 in the subject line. All documents submitted will not be returned. All interested parties shall submit clear and convincing documentation determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
