The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of contractors capable of removing and disposing of pigeon feces and remains as described in the attached DRAFT requirements document.
The NAICS code is 562910, Remediation Services, Product Service Code F108 Environmental Systems Protection- Environmental Remediation. The Small Business Size Standard associated with this NAICS code is 25.0M.
Potential offerors having the capabilities necessary to meet the needs of this requirement are invited to provide a capabilities statement. The capability statement shall include the following:
1. Company name and point of contact information
2. Unique Entity Identifier (UEI)
3. Small Business Size/Certification (to include 8(a), HUBZone, EDWOSB, etc)
4. Capability Statement that describes your company’s experience with this type of removal and disposal. This could include past performance information for similar jobs performed for either the public or private sector.

All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition.
