This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This is a Firm Fixed Price Request for Quotation (RFQ) being issued by the Nevada Army National Guard (NVARNG) United States Property and Fiscal Office Purchasing and Contracting Division on behalf of the NVARNG Yellow Ribbon Program.  The Yellow Ribbon Program requires conference space and meals for an event on Saturday and Sunday September 26-27, 2020 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, the acquisition of commercial items in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-08.  All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with the System for Award Management (SAM), and be in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. In addition to providing pricing each quote must include vendor’s CAGE/DUNS number, and must include point of contact information. Failure to provide SAM registration may result in your quote being disqualified from consideration. IAW FAR 52.204-7 and DFARS 252.204-7 004 Alt A, prospective vendors must be registered in the SAM database prior to award. Prospective vendors should visit the SAM website at https://beta.sam.gov/ to register.

This solicitation is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Set-aside.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 721110 or 721120 with an industry size standard of $35M and the Product Service Code (PSC) is X1AB or V231.  Yes, both Casino and non-Casino proposed venues are acceptable.

Quoted pricing can be submitted via company formatting, but must also include the attached pricing sheet.  The attached document provides the evaluation criteria, contract clauses, terms and conditions for this requirement.

Quotes and any related documentation shall be submitted to Greg Kothman at gregory.p.kothman.civ@mail.mil prior to 11:59 PM Pacific Time on Thursday, September 3, 2020. This is the only means of submitting quotes in response to this RFQ.
