The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources.  This notice is for planning purposes only.  No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow up information requests. All interested parties should respond.  

The 115th Fighter Wing intends to issue a solicitation and award a firm-fixed price contract to Construct Medical Readiness Facility. The magnitude of this project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000.  All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 19 October 2021, 5:00PM CST.  This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include ALL of the following:

          (1) Positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor 

          (2) A completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form 

          (3) A listing of projects completed during the past six years, both for government and private industry.  The type of project,   dollar value, contract number, location, and point of contact are to be included.  Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor.  

          (4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract.

PROGRAM DETAILS: The 115th Fighter Wing at Dane County Regional Airport -Truax Field, Madison, WI is conducting market research seeking capable sources for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to construct XGFG139001 Medical Readiness Facility. The two-story 18,650 SF facility includes 15,250 SF for Reserve Forces Medical Training/Admin and 3,400 SF for Expeditionary Medical Support – Consequence Management (EMEDS-CM) storage. Typical work includes, but is not be limited to: site utilities/grading/landscaping; erecting load-bearing insulated precast concrete panels, new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology systems; and demolition of Buildings 311 and 307. All work will be in accordance with design requirements, specifications, and drawings provided within the master specifications. This solicitation will result in a single construction contract for both new construction and demolition.
