Staffing Support Services

The objective of this document is to solicit responses that will assist in completing the requirements of an ensuing Request for Proposal (RFP) and to find interested sources for receiving the RFP and competing for a contract. All parties that respond to this RFI indicating interest and meet provide evidence that they meet the minimum qualifications will receive the RFP. NREL reserves the right to add additional sources and may be added to the list of respondents to receive the RFP. NREL anticipates awarding multiple contracts to fill the diverse needs in the staffing space.
NREL is seeking vendors who can support NREL’s needs and provide support services to some or all of the other sixteen Department of Energy (DOE) national laboratories (information on other labs: link,) under a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) to provide these services nationwide through the U.S. Department of Energy’s Integrated Contractor Purchasing Team (ICPT). Any resulting award(s) (from the planned RFP) will be made by NREL for the DOE’s ICPT community to utilize at their discretion. DOE’s ICPT is a group of procurement professionals from across the DOE national laboratory complex that collaborate to place BPA’s for items and services of similar needs for all the national laboratories to use.
