This REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) is for information and quotes. This RFQ shall not obligate Defense Logistics Agency – Energy Americas West.

This REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) is to identify and obtain qualified vendors for the following:

  1. Procurement for Furniture:
    1. Existing furniture at DFSP San Pedro building 100 will need to be reconfigured for building 239.
      1. Ergonomic workstations are desired, raising and lowering work surface along with dual monitor arms are desired.
      2. New matching panels, desk surfaces and drawers will need to match existing furniture to allow for proper connections.
    2. Purchasing of new file cabinets to match existing furniture.
      1. 9 Tall (5 Drawers)
      2. 3 Small (3 Drawers)
    3. New executive style office furniture for 9 DLA offices
      1. Include 9 credenza’s (2 file drawers) with book case on top
    4. New furniture for 7 Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) offices with one customer service counter for post office.
      1. Ergonomic workstations are desired, raising and lowering work surface along with dual monitor arms are desired.
    5. New conference table with 10 chairs (48” X 120”)
  1. Attachments for reference as coordination between the moving contractor and the furniture procurement contractor will need to take place:
    1. Document 1 Building 100 (All furniture.pdf (everything that needs to move to Seal Beach buildings 249 & 239 as per Scope)
    2. Document 2 San Pedro (Facility Office).pdf (current layout of furniture that will transition to building 239)
    3. Document 3 San Pedro existing layouts.pdf
    4. Document 4 Bldg 239.pdf (The to be layout for new furniture and existing furniture from San Pedro and building 249)
    5. Phase 3 Furniture Move.pdf (spreadsheet detailing where the furniture is moving from and to)
    6. B-239 New fp_sp_02-20.dwg (AutoCAD drawing of the to be office spaces in building 239)
