No solicitation is available at this time.  Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response.  This notice does not constitute a committment by the United States Governement to contract for any supply or service whatsoever.  All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Governement will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government.  Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if issued.  It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.  

Scope of Work:

The Office of Program Manager – Saudi Arabia National Guard (OPM-SANG) contemplates a procurement for construction and repair at the Ministry of National Guard (MNG) Aviation Airbase in Dirab, south-west of Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.  The intended scope will bring facilities and the airfield into compliance with relevant codes and regulations.  In general, the requirement is expected to repair and/or modify various Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) Control Cab discrepancies to bring the Control Cab in compliance with UFC 4-133-01; survey and paint various airfield markings; install airfield signage; and survey and paint Compass Rose pad.  A DRAFT copy of the Statement of Work and applicable attachments are attached to this notice.
