This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This shall be posted on BETA SAM.

The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N3904020Q0297. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2020-05 and DFARS Change Notice 2020-0114. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from sources capable of providing the SANITARY TANK CLEANING in accordance with the following:

The Contractor shall provide the following:

CLIN 0001: Cleaning and Sanitization of Sanitary Tank #1 of 2,193 Gallons per attached SOW.  1 JOB

CLIN 0002: Cleaning and Sanitization of Sanitary Tank #2 of 2,212 Gallons per attached SOW.  1 JOB

  • Place of performance: Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, Maine 03904.
  • ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE is 1/11/2021 to 2/8/2021.
  • Award will be made based on the lowest price, technically acceptable
