The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to procure the development and delivery of textbooks and instructor guides for Naval Service Training Command Curriculum Development (NSTC CD).

Upon final textbook approval, the contractor will print and ship forty thousand (40,000) copies of the textbook and fifteen hundred (1500) Instructor guides. It supports Office of the Secretary of Defense initiatives regarding increased Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) education to JROTC cadets. This book and curriculum comprises the fourth year (senior year) of instruction in the high school sequence of Naval Science courses.
