SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE
IAW PGI 206.302-1, SSP is currently conducting market research to identify any other potential and eligible vendors capable of fulfilling the requirements described in paragraph C below. NOTE: The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.
The Contractor shall provide an Auxiliary Targeting Training Equipment (ATTE) System Technical Data Package (TDP), Field Change Order (FCO), hardware kits, and ATTE software to support an Increment 13 update to the Strategic Weapon Interactive Trainer (SWIT) at Trident Training Facility (TTF) Bangor, WA. The contractor shall perform this ATTE update in accordance with the ATTE Program Plan OD 70314 and the T9001B checklist as modified May 21, 2018, Training Type, Development Phase.
In support of these efforts, the Contractor shall:
1. Provide a hardware upgrade kit for ATTE at TTF-BA.
2. Provide a hardware upgrade kit for ATTE for Contractor Development.
3. Provide a hardware upgrade kit for ATTE for NSWCDD Development.
4. Deliver ATTE Rev 2 software.
5. Provide Technical Data Package with drawings and documentation for ATTE.
6. Prepare and deliver a Field Change Order (FCO) for ATTE Rev 2.
7. Prepare and deliver a Final Report including lessons learned and as-installed drawings and documentation updates.
1. Development efforts associated with ATTE will use an AGILE construct for Software Development.
2. Hardware will be delivered via OD 68800.
The Contractor shall contract to transport government owned materials to different locations in support of installation dates and deliver records for any shipment of government owned equipment.
D. RESPONSE DEADLINE
Interested sources shall submit a brief capability package byã€€1:00pm EST on September 21, 2020 (10 pages or less) containing: 1) Company Name and Address, 2) Company Point of Contact, 3) Email Address, 4) Phone Number, 5) specifics addressing the tasking listed above and the company’s capability, 6) related past performance, and 8) general corporate information. Facilities and US citizen personnel must have a Secret Clearance or higher, and be International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliant. In addition, prospective sources should be able to receive, generate, modify and store classified documentation
Responders shall indicate which portions of their response are proprietary and should mark them accordingly. It is the responsibility of the interested businesses to monitor the BETA.SAM.GOV website for additional information pertaining to any potential acquisition and provide security clearances if necessary.
