Marine Corps Installations Pacific, Regional Contracting Office- Hawaii (MCIPAC RCO-HI) is currently conducting preliminary planning market research to determine the existence of viable commercial sources (large or small) capable of providing Storm Water Sample Analysis in accordance with the requirements listed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government intends to solicit the requirement under NAICS code 541380 with a size standard of $16.5M and with the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure:
