The National Park Service, Denali National Park and Preserve, intends to issue a sole source award to Eagle Electrocution Solutions for compensatory migration credits for eagles. Eagle Electrocution Services is the only known company that coordinates retrofitting power poles and mitigation credits in accordance with the USFWS ILF program. There are no other known vendors that have the ability or authority to perform these services. The resultant award is anticipated to be a firm fixed price award.

This will be a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures per FAR 13. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 335311 with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees. This is not a request for competitive quotes, but serves as a procurement notice to fulfill public posting requirements in accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(2). No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract award will be made on the basis of proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice; however any firm that believes they have capabilities to provide this service item may give written notification to the Contracting Officer at darcy_skinner@nps.gov. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed order based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
