The U. S Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a 2-year lease beginning on or after October 2, 2020. Location of the property must be within 50-mile radius of the City of Conroe and located in the State of Texas. The space should contain approximately 44,027 square feet (SF) of Aircraft Hangar space, 9,460 SF maintenance shop, and 18,667 square yards (SY) sf of apron space and separate 5,812 SY of fenced Military Equipment Parking (MEP). The property should also have all public utilities and municipal services available, good access and visibility, and be in compliance with all State and local environmental laws and regulations.
The following information should be submitted and is required for consideration:
- Map delineating property location, street address and zoning and utility availability
- Current Owner/Agents name, address, daytime telephone number and email address
- Approximate cost per square foot for space; cost per square yard.

All parties responding to this notice will receive notification on whether the site meets the aforementioned requirements. Parties will be contacted to schedule a site visit. The Army will evaluate the sites and select a site that best meets in terms of location, cost, and other criteria required by the Army Reserve.
