The U.S. Department Of Education is issuing a draft solicitation for Evaluating Family Engagement and Choice Requirement. Proposals will be due on 8.13.2020 @ 2:00 pm est. and questions will be due on 7.20.2020 @ 2:00 pm est. Please note that all solicitation related documents in this RFP are draft versions. The final solicitation will be governed by the terms, conditions, instructions, and criteria in that document. The final RFP will be forth coming.

The U.S. Department of Education (the Department) is conducting market research to determine if sufficient interest and capability exists in the marketplace for the Family Engagement and Choice requirement. This notice is NOT a request for proposals but is an invitation for potential offerors to express interest and provide information regarding their relevant knowledge, skills and capabilities. Information submitted in response to this Request for Information (RFI) may be used to assist the Department in finalizing its acquisition strategy.
