The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is conducting market research to determine if there are
interested and capable GSA offerors in the marketplace with the knowledge, skills, interest, and capability to perform the tasks as described in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). This market survey is to determine if the required services are viable in the marketplace, whether schedule holders are willing to participate, and can small businesses perform the tasks as described in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The United States Environmental Protection Agency has a need for a contractor to provide EPA Acquisition System (EAS) User Care in the form of Help Desk Support and Training for the Office of Acquisition Solutions (OAS). The EPA plans to issue a three (3) year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) GSA Task Order.

All interested and capable qualified offerors are encouraged to reply to this market survey. Please discuss any questions/concerns you identify in the draft PWS. NARRATIVES SHALL BE NO LONGER THAN 10 TOTAL PAGES; information such as brochures and other industry information is not included in the 10-page limitation.

Please include the following information in your response/narrative: (1) Company name, address, point of contact information, and GSA Contract Number; (2) Identification and verification of the company’s business status (i.e. Large, Small, Certified HubZone, 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, and/or Women-Owned Business); (3) A narrative regarding a thorough review of the PWS identified above and any questions/concerns that need to be addressed/discussed; (4) A narrative regarding additional suggestions to improve the PWS to meet overall agency needs and services.
