COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE 36C26220Q1121 Responses are due by 2:00 pm (PST), July 21, 2020, 2:00 PM (PST) COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 — Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR — Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures; and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87, dated March 07, 2016. Solicitation 36C26220Q1121 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award contract. This procurement will be issued as open market, set-aside Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). NAICS Code is 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing and the Small Business Administration s (SBA) size standard 750 Employees. The Government is seeking a vendor who can provide Platinum 10 Liter oxygen concentrators for the Phoenix VA Healthcare System: This solicitation is for brand name (exact match) only and offerors shall be an authorized distributor by the manufacture and must be able to offer full manufacture warranty all at a fair and reasonable price offering best value to the Government. OFFEROR MUST BE ABLE TO DELIVER ALL LISTED ITEMS WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS OF RECIEPT OF AWARD. Delivery Location: Phoenix VA Healthcare System Period of Performance: Within 10 days of placing order or sooner if available. Provisions 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial and 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items are applicable to this acquisition. This procurement is being conducted pursuant to FAR Part 13 procedures. In accordance with provision 52.212-2, the Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror who offers the lowest price, whose price is found to be reasonable, and whose proposal does not take exception with any of the requirements for this procurement specified in the solicitation.
