The Department of Veterans Affairs, Sheridan VA Healthcare System, Sheridan VA Medical Center located at 1898 Fort Road, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, has a requirement for a contractor to provide COVID-19 UNARMED SECURITY MEDICAL SCREENERS. The purpose of this requirement is to provide professional, courteous, uniformed, and unarmed security guard services for the Sheridan VA Medical Center in Sheridan, Wyoming 82801.

This is a request for quote (RFQ). The request for quote issued will be Firm Fixed Price. The proposed RFQ is 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business Set-Aside. The Government will award a contract resulting from this requirement to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the RFQ that is most advantageous to the Government.

Price alone pursuant to special standards of responsibility are the evaluation factors.

The following special standards of responsibility apply to this procurement:

SP1: Special Licensure. Offeror shall furnish to the Contracting Officer, with their proposal, a documentation of being properly licensed by Federal, State, and local authorities, to provide the services required at the Sheridan VAHCS, Sheridan, Wyoming.

SP2: Specialized Experience. Offeror shall have relevant and recent (within past 4 years) experience providing the same services described herein This requirement may be met by Offeror s proposed subcontractor(s) possessing this experience.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 561612 – Security Guards and Patrol Services. The Small Business Size Standard is $22.0 Million.

All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) ( and verified in VIP ( as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) at submission of quote.

If you are not registered, the United States government is not responsible for providing you with notifications of any changes to this solicitation. Failure to obtain any said information and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of the quote may render your quote nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the same.
