The VA is seeking QUALIFIED VENDORS to provide a very brief response to this notice including only just what is asked for in this notice below. This is sources sought notice to industry and the only information is posted on Contract Opportunities web page at https://BETA.sam.gov/. Sources sought means seeking qualified vendors. The attachments included on the Contract Opportunities page do not include any additional information.

VA is seeking current qualified sources ( vendors ) who have interest and capability of performing
Pharmacy Compounding Area Certification Services for the Sheridan VA Medical Center, in Sheridan, Wyoming, twice per year.

VA is seeking current qualified sources ( vendors ) who have interest and capability of performing Pharmacy Compounding Area Certification Services for the Sheridan VA Medical Center, in Sheridan, Wyoming, twice per year. A qualified vendor must have the capability to perform services using a CETA certified technician to perform tests. Services involve the contractor developing a Pharmacy Compounding Area Certification report, and subsequent certification of the Pharmacy Compounding area including the Buffer and Ante rooms, and provide a Hood Certification for the Laminar Flow Hood – Baker EG-6320 S/N 114140. Services will also require the following:

Airflow testing, airflow measurements, airflow balancing, room airflow exchange rate calculations, room segregation smoke tests, room pressurization measurements, room differential pressure measurements, nonviable particle count in dynamic conditions measurements, leak testing of room termination HEPA filters, documentation and verification of room pressure gauge readings, DCA Smoke Studies with Video, Positive and negative plate, bacterial and fungal testing in LAFW Hood 114140, buffer room, and anteroom in dynamic conditions. Provide controls needed. Provide Positive and negative plate, bacterial and fungal testing in area Air Handler. Provide controls needed.  Adjusted HVAC system to provide the code required Air Changes Per Hour (ACPH) in each space.
