The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, in Fayetteville, AR is seeking potential sources capable of providing emergent prescription fill services for the Community Based Outpatient Clinics of the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) with locations throughout Arkansas as indicated in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW).
The proposed NAICS code for this requirement is 446110, with a small business size standard of $30 Million.
The attached Statement of Work (DRAFT) provides details of the work to be performed, the locations, the standards to be met, and the regulatory guidance to be complied with. If your organization is capable of meeting the requirements of the Statement of Work, you may indicate your interest in providing these services by providing the following information: Business Name, Point of Contact, DUNS Number, and a your Capability Statement (no more than 2 pages).
In accordance with Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) clause 852.219-10(d)(1) a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business (SDVOSB) may not pay more than 50 percent of the amount paid to it by the Government to firms that are not VIP-listed SDVOSBs and, in accordance with VAAR 852.219-11(d)(1) a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) may not pay more than 50 percent of the amount paid by the Government to it to firms that are not VIP-listed VOSBs.
