and specific due dates for questions and closing date of the RFQ.

SITE VISIT INFORMATION:

A site visit is scheduled for March 29, 2020 at 1:00 PM CST at the location listed below. Contractors wishing to view the buildings that are identified for sample pricing are encouraged to attend this site visit. However, attendance is not mandatory, but quotes could be affected. This responsibility is on the Contractor.

The Contracting POC for the site visit is Veronica Maskell or Luke Miles and can be reached via e-mail at veronica.maskell@va.gov or luke.miles@va.gov. Confirmations are required to be provided to both Contracting POCs at least 24 hours prior to the site visit schedule.
Meeting location for the site visit is:

***All contractors attending the site visit will be required to park in the patient/visitor garage. Confirmation is required, Security requires a 24-hour notice of the name of the company attending. ***

Contractors will need to park on the 5th floor and come down to the 1st floor lobby.  Mr. Luke Miles (Contracting Officer) and Mr. Michael Brodine (COR) will be waiting in the Lobby. After everyone arrives, all contractors will be escorted to the CEP first for Site Visit Meeting and then will be escorted to the location of the required services. ***  
**Special Instructions due to COVID-19: ***
Upon entering the facility be prepared to answer screening questions. If the contractor is symptomatic, you will not be allowed in the facility. It would advisable to bring your own surgical mask, or mask of your preference.
