This document serves as notification of the upcoming solicitation for the Veterans Administration minor construction project #610-311, Expand First Floor B-1 for PACT (Patient Aligned Care Team) located at:

Contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, materials, equipment, incidentals and transportation necessary to add approximately 16,000 square feet of new space, addition of a new parking lot and a covered patient vehicle drop-off area. There will be some renovation in the existing part of the hospital to add restrooms, a corridor leading to the new addition and adding doors to existing exam rooms. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and drawings of the solicitation (when available) and all applicable laws, codes, and regulations. This project will be 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) used for this requirement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction – addition, alteration and renovation, with a standard size of $39.5M. The magnitude of this construction project will be between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The VA will issue an RFP or IFB on or about November 20, 2019 via FEDBIZOPPS.gov.
