The VHA Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) is conducting a market survey to find qualified vendors to provide preventative maintenance services on the Autoclaves and Cart Washers, for the Malcolm Randall VA Medical Center in Gainesville Florida. The proposed NAICS 811219 is applicable to this acquisition; with a size standard of $22.0 Million. The estimated period of performance (POP) one 12-month base and four 12-month option periods.
Objective:
This is a non-personal services procurement to provide preventative maintenance services on the following equipment (3) AMSCO/Steris Model#3021, autoclaves, (1) AMSCO/Steris Model#Lab250. The Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, material, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform the services as outlined in the statement of work (SOW). See the DRAFT Statement (SOW) for additional details.
Services will be required at the following locations:

The VA is mandated by Public Law 109-461 to consider a total set-aside for Service-Disabled-Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). However, if responses from qualified firms prove inadequate, an alternate set-aside or full and open competition may be considered.
In order to be considered eligible for an SDVOSB or VOSB Set-aside, all interested SDVOSB/VOSB firms must confirm in their response to this Sources Sought Notice that they will meet all the following criteria:
