PRESOLICITATION FOR PROJECT #659-20-100 BUILDING 5 PHARMACY CLEANROOM
The Department of Veterans Affairs, 1601 Brenner Ave Salisbury, NC has a requirement for a contractor to provide all administration, labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, permits, license, and qualified supervision for Project 659-20-100. Too construct a modular ISO class 7 cleanroom in building five (5) at the W.G. Bill Hefner VA Medical Center, Salisbury, NC.
General Scope of Work:
To construct a modular ISO class 7 cleanroom in building 5 with separate compounding areas that meet US Pharmacopeia chapters 797 and 800 standards for compounding nonhazardous and hazardous compounded sterile products {CSP’s) respectively.
Estimated construction magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.00

This solicitation is anticipated to be a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set- Aside. Solicitation material will be available on or about October 11, 2021. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to register on the www.sam.gov website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments.
