The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, Regional Procurement Office (RPO) East, is in the process of planning a requirement for Dental Waterline Testing, at the Hampton VA Medical Center, Hampton Virginia, 23667

The contractor shall provide all labor, parts, travel, tools, material, equipment, supervision and technical expertise necessary for quarterly onsite inspecting and cleaning of Dental Water Line Testing at the VA Medical Center, Hampton, Virginia. The contract Base Year period is from 1 October 2021 through September 30, 2026 with four (4) one-year Option Years through September 30, 2026. Services shall be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions listed herein

The Veterans First Contracting Program applies to VA contracts only. VA has a preference to award contracts to verified service disabled Veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSBs) first then to verified Veteran-owned small businesses (VOSBs) when market research indicates provides a reasonable expectation that the VA will receive two or more offers from eligible SDVOSB/VOSB firms at a fair and reasonable price. Vendor must ensure they are register and current in the BETA SAM. To be eligible for a VA SDVOSB or VOSB set-aside, the firm must be verified in the VA s Office of Small Business Utilization s (OSDBU) Veteran Information Pages (VIP) database as an SDVOSB or VOSB at the time the firm submits its offer to the VA.
