Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with Part 13 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation number is 36C24421Q1044.

This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-07 effective 11 August 2021, and the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR). This Solicitation is being competed as a SDVOSB set-aside. The NAICS Code is 541350 Building Inspection Services and the PSC Code is H399 Inspection/Miscellaneous and the business size standard is $8.0 million.

Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office East, Network Contracting Office 4 is seeking to purchase services for Elevator Inspection Services for the entire VISN. The Statement of Work (SOW) is provided as Attachment 1. Associated SOW attachments are provided as Attachment 1a, 1b, 1c.

The applicable line items/CLINs are found on Attachment 2.

Complete instructions for submitting a response to this solicitation and applicable provisions and clauses are found in Attachment 3, Quote Submission_eval_clauses_Provisions. All offerors are advised to pay careful attention to the quote submission instructions as there are very specific instructions as what is required to be provided.

Associated Wage Determinations are found on Attachments 4-11.

The period of performance (POP) will begin as described in the Statement of Work.

Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449.
