This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document is provided.
This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04.
This solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220, with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million. The FSC/PSC is J041.
The VA Network Contracting Office 2 (James J. Peters VA Medical Center, 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, NY 10468-3904) is seeking to procure Air Handler Unit Coils Replacement Service for the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System Brooklyn campus.
All interested companies shall provide quotations per the instructions at FAR 52.212-1 and Addendum to FAR 52.212-1. All quotes shall be sent to the VA NCO 2 Contracting Officer, Brad Mills, via email at William.Mills4@va.gov. It is the sender s responsibility to confirm the Contracting Officer received the submission(s).
The purchase order period of performance is March 26, 2021 through April 30, 2021 with no option years. Places of Performance are identified in the Statement of Work, Section A, paragraph 5.
Offerors must complete annual representations and certifications electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) website located at https://www.sam.gov/portal in accordance with FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications Commercial Items.
Award shall be made to the quoter whose quotation offers the best value to the government, considering technical capability and price, in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR 13.
Submission of your response shall be received not later than March 22, 2021 at 2:00 pm ET at William.Mills4@va.gov.
Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(f).
