The Department of Veterans Affairs, Strategic Acquisition Center is conducting market research to determine industry capabilities for providing Technical Writing Services sufficient to collect, organize and compile government furnished information for the preparation of an application to obtain GSA Approval for Real Property Delegation of Authority for Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Central Office, Building 810 Vermont Washington DC in accordance with General Services Administration Operation and Maintenance Delegation Guide 100610.

The primary purpose of this announcement is to identify potential SDVOSB/VOSB VIP certified sources, availability and/or challenges to providing these services. Any firm who believes they can provide the above requirements, should respond to this notice with written notification to the Contracting Officer. At a minimum the notification shall include: Capabilities of your organization, relevant prior/current experience providing the same/similar service, DUNS number and Federal Supply Schedule number , if applicable.
