The Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for Solid Waste Removal Services for inmates at the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) located at 846 N.E. 54th Terrace Coleman, Florida 33521.  The NAICS Code is 561110.  Administrative Assistants Services (2 needed) will be provided by the contractor for FCC Coleman.  The contractors will normally work Monday through Friday (except Federal holidays), normally between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 with a 30 minute unpaid lunch period.  A session will equal to one (1) hour. The Administrative Assistant schedule shall not exceed 35 hours per week. Occasionally, Contractor may be requested to work a special schedule when needed. The actual hours of work will be determined by the Health Services Administrator.  The Government contemplates awarding a requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from the forthcoming solicitation.  The contract period shall consist of a base year and four (4) 12-month option years.  A Government solicitation document to provide these services is being developed, and a contract may or may not result.  Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement.  All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.  The Market Survey Questionnaire will be available on or about November 22, 2021, and will be distributed solely through SAM’s website (www.SAM.gov).  All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation and/or amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information regarding this acquisition.  Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
