General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:
Delineated Area: Start at intersection of I-90 and PA-98. Follow I-90 northeast to PA-531. Head northwest on PA-531 until US-20. Follow US-20 north to PA-955. Head west on PA-955 until Troupe Rd. Follow Troupe Rd northwest to PA-5 (E Lake Rd). Proceed southwest on PA-5 to E 6th St to E Bayfront Pkwy. Head west on E Bayfront Pkwy to W Bayfront Pkwy. Follow W Bayfront Pkwy until Greengarden Blvd. Head southeast on Greengarden Blvd until W 12th St (PA-5). Go southwest on PA-5 until PA-832. Follow PA-832 northwest until W Lake Rd. Proceed west on W Lake Rd until Avonia Rd (PA-98). Head southeast on PA-98 to return to starting point. (See attached map.)

The Government reserves the right to exceed the TI and BSAC (physical security) allowances outlined above.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
Offered space shall be contiguous on one floor and located on the 2nd floor or higher.
The proposed facility shall not be located in the immediate vicinity of any facilities identified by the Interagency Security Committee (ISC) as “hazardous materials transportation / storage facilities.” Examples of hazardous locations include facilities with potential environmental threats, such as fuel storage areas, gas stations, chemical manufacturing facilities, etc., as well as railroad lines transporting hazardous material. It is preferred that the proposed facility not be located near a low risk facility. Examples of “low risk facilities” include day care centers, schools, hospitals, and religious / rehabilitation / social service centers.
The proposed facility shall not be located near Public Defenders, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Probation Offices or other businesses or facilities deemed unacceptable by the agency’s security unit. This requirement may be waived by the agency if no other facility is deemed acceptable.
The office will be furnished with file safes weighing between 850 – 1,000 pounds each. Although the safes will be dispersed throughout the office, the floor load of the proposed site shall be capable of supporting this additional weight.
